• Snow and avalanche awareness
• Snowpack analysis
• Danger patterns and danger spots on ski tour

The training includes:

• Theorie implementation snow and avalanche awareness
• Correct interpretation of the avalanche situation report
• Avalanche risk assessment methods and decision strategies
• Emergency equipment check, emergency management
• Handling avalanche transceivers and emergency equipment
• Snow and avalanche awareness with snowpack analysis
• Danger patterns and danger spots on ski tour
• Correct terrain decision and evaluation
• Route planning and cartography
• avalanche burial detector can be lent
• Reception of a certificate after finishing the avalanche course
